SoHa Surf Shop, The Shoe Collective, and Emma's Boutique are hiring friendly, reliable retail associates for our South Haven stores. This is a fun, laid-back retail job in a beach-town setting — perfect if you love fashion, footwear, or surf/beach lifestyle and enjoy talking with customers.
We offer flexible part-time and full-time shifts, mostly days and weekends, with year-round hours (not just a seasonal gig). No late nights.
Responsibilities
Welcome and engage customers with a warm, positive attitude and genuine helpfulness.
Guide customers through our product offerings, suggest items based on their style and needs, and assist with sizing and fit.
Share product knowledge on surf, beach, footwear, and boutique apparel to help customers shop confidently.
Process transactions accurately using our POS system (cash, card, and gift cards).
Keep the sales floor organized, restocked, and visually appealing.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment across our three locations.
Use good judgment to resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
Qualifications
16+ years old, reliable, and punctual.
Friendly, outgoing personality and good communication skills.
Able to stand for extended periods and help with light stocking.
Weekend availability preferred; no prior experience required — we'll train you.
