Quikrete, the leading producer of packaged concrete and related products, is looking for an Outside Sales Representative for the greater Dallas, TX market to represent its’ SPEC MIX brand of masonry and stucco commercial products. This position will be responsible for calling on contractors and dealers in the masonry and stucco supply channel as well as working with architects and engineers on product specification. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, and a commitment to learn the role and operate successfully in a team environment. About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Visit active job sites to provide technical support and build customer relationships
- Deliver effective product demonstrations and training sessions to contractors and distributors
- Represent QUIKRETE at local and national construction trade shows
- Develop and maintain accurate product forecasts and delivery schedules (weekly and annual)
- Identify new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing accounts
- Travel as required, including occasional overnight stays
About You
We Require:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or marketing (construction materials industry preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs as needed
