Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise park staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high safety standards.
- Oversee daily park operations, including shift management, guest services, and activity scheduling.
- Manage event planning and execution for special occasions, birthday parties, and group events to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and handle incident reports promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, manage point-of-sale systems, and oversee financial reporting related to daily revenue.
- Develop staff schedules, provide training on customer service and safety procedures, and foster a positive team environment.
- Maintain detailed reports on park performance, guest feedback, and operational issues to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in hospitality, entertainment venues such as nightclubs or resorts, or restaurant settings with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
- Experience in events management, shift coordination, and report writing to track performance metrics.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.
- Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
