Responsibilities
- Greet residents and visitors with a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized access and identify potential hazards
- Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to oversee activities and detect suspicious behavior
- Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and vendors before granting access to the facility
- Respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations or security breaches
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes
- Enforce safety policies and procedures while managing conflicts with professionalism and calmness
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to ensure swift resolution of issues
Skills
- Strong understanding of surveillance techniques, including CCTV operation and monitoring systems
- Knowledge of conflict management strategies to handle tense situations effectively
- Ability to perform basic first aid and CPR in emergency scenarios
- Background in law enforcement, military service, or security enhances readiness for diverse situations
- Excellent observation skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and surveillance
- Familiarity with loss prevention practices to protect property and assets
- Effective communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and visitors
