Most of our work is a mix of contract-based commercial new construction, service, and remodel work in large multi-story buildings including offices, hospitals, schools, and shopping centers.
Pay & Benefits
- Newly licensed plumbers: $50,000 - $55,000 per year, plus up to $1,500 sign-on bonus
- Experienced plumbers: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus up to $10,000 in bonues

Responsibilities
- Install large-scale pipe networks in commercial and industrial buildings
- Read and interpret complex blueprints and construction plans
- Install and maintain heavy-duty industrial units, including industrial boilers and multi-floor waste systems
- Rough-in and finish plumbing for new commercial construction projects
- Perform commercial remodel and retrofit plumbing work
- Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades on job sites
- Follow strict commercial plumbing codes, safety standards, and health guidelines required for high-traffic public buildings
- Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and job progress
Qualifications
- Active Journeyman Plumber license (required)
- Experience with commercial plumbing systems and large-scale installations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Ability to work on large job sites and coordinate with multiple trades
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship
