We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support residential and commercial properties in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role oversees daily maintenance operations, ensures work orders are completed timely, and helps maintain safe, clean, and well-functioning properties.
Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance for residential communities and commercial properties, including units, tenant spaces, common areas, amenities, building systems, and grounds.
Perform or supervise plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, lighting, carpentry, and general building repairs.
Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, unit turns, tenant space inspections, and emergency repairs as needed.
Communicate professionally with residents, tenants, vendors, property managers, and team members while maintaining strong customer service.
Ensure work is completed safely, within budget, and in compliance with company policies, building codes, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on residential, commercial, facilities, apartment, or property maintenance experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, commercial building systems, and general maintenance practices.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, time management, and customer service skills.
HVAC certification or equivalent experience preferred; CPO certification preferred if supporting properties with pools.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform physical maintenance tasks, and be available for after-hours emergency calls or on-call shifts as needed.
