Full-Time | 100% On-Site, Customer Facing Position
Diversified Personnel Services (DPS) is partnering with a specialty food manufacturer to hire a Customer Accounts Manager to oversee the full order-to-cash process and serve as the primary point of contact for retail, wholesale, distributor, and corporate customers.
The Customer Accounts Manager manages order entry, invoicing, accounts receivable coordination, and customer communication to ensure accurate processing and a seamless customer experience from order placement through payment.
Order & Account Management
Process and confirm customer orders across multiple channels
Enter and route orders accurately within the system
Set up and maintain customer accounts
Respond to product inquiries and resolve order-related concerns
Billing & Accounts Receivable Support
Generate invoices and customer statements
Process deposits and respond to payment inquiries
Monitor aged receivables and support collection communication
Prepare sales commission reporting
Customer Engagement & Administrative Support
Support email marketing and contact list management
Conduct outreach to inactive accounts and trade show leads
Provide light front desk support as needed
Maintain organized records and documentation
Experience in consumer goods, food manufacturing, or distribution preferred
Background in order processing, customer accounts, or billing support
Working knowledge of invoicing and accounts receivable
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
