3K for ALL NYCEEC community site in Laurelton Queens NYC in search of a dynamic certified 3K Lead Teacher. Small classroom of 12 children ages 3 years old with a Lead Teacher, a Paraprofessional, and a Teacher Aide. Prefer a bilingual teacher (English/Spanish).
REQUIRED: Lead Teacher must have a master's degree in ECE or equivalent and MUST HAVE NY Teacher Certification Birth-2 (specifically). Certification can be Internship, Initial, or Professional. Please do not apply if you do not have the NY Teacher Certification (Regular or Special Education) in ECC Birth-2 credential.
The position starts Sept 2026 and follows the DOE curriculum and calendar. Salary is determined by DOE NYCEEC guidelines. Currently: $74,000 to $ 78,000 for a Masters Degree certified teacher.
