Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to our customers, assist them with their shopping needs, and ensure a memorable in-store experience. You will also play an essential role in maintaining a well-organized store and effectively promoting our products.
This position requires travel to various store locations in Andover MA, Bedford NH, and Littleton MA. We are looking for a flexible salesperson who will rotate between these stores each day of the week.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Assist customers by identifying their needs and giving tailored product recommendations.
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Lead engaging product demonstrations to enhance customer interest.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor by restocking merchandise as needed.
- Accurately process transactions, utilizing basic math skills for cash handling and register operations.
- Display excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries and conducting phone sales.
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to meet store goals and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and work well with team members.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service and a positive shopping experience.
