The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects from preconstruction and estimating support through project completion. The successful candidate will have experience managing healthcare, institutional, renovation, or public-sector projects and possess a strong understanding of budgeting, estimating, procurement, scheduling, and client management. This individual will be responsible for maintaining project profitability, managing subcontractor relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading project teams to successful outcomes.

Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts

Review drawings and specifications and identify potential risks

Perform estimating, quantity takeoffs, pricing reviews, and change order management

Lead subcontractor procurement and buyout activities

Coordinate with superintendents, owners, architects, and consultants

Monitor project costs and ensure financial objectives are achieved

Negotiate contracts, change orders, and subcontract agreements

Facilitate project meetings and provide regular client communication

Ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained

Prepare and present project reports to company leadership
