What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology and telecommunications location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points, check credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations observed during patrol activities.

Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and communicating professionally with clients, employees, visitors, and/or first responders as needed.
Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
