Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a fun, enthusiastic team of 3 to 15 employees

Provide on-the-job training to new team members

Ensure freaky fast, accurate sandwich preparation and world-class customer service

Assist with daily food prep and maintain smooth restaurant operations

Handle opening and closing procedures with cash drawer integrity

Maintain a positive and energetic attitude throughout all tasks
What We’re Looking For

Love for fast-paced, high-energy environments

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Computer proficiency (Word, Excel)

Ability to multi-task and manage stress during busy periods

Eligibility to work in the U.S., meet age and experience requirements
