What you'll do
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality feed production at our Comanche facility. You will perform operational activities across Mixing, Trace Area, Bagging, and Inventory processes, while operating equipment, monitoring product quality, loading and unloading materials, completing production documentation, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to Own your actions , contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help deliver the quality products our customers depend on every day.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, can perform physically demanding tasks, pays close attention to detail, and communicates effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Warehouse, feed mill, or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to safely perform physical work, including heavy lifting and working at heights
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Flexibility to work extended hours when required
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to follow safety, quality, and operational procedures
Must successfully pass a drug screen
