About the Role
Join our team as a Field HVAC Service Specialist, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and climate comfort of diverse commercial facilities. You will leverage your technical expertise to diagnose complex system failures and implement high-quality repairs on advanced HVAC infrastructure, directly impacting client satisfaction and system longevity.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive maintenance, diagnostic troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and VRV/VRF technology.

Optimize system performance by identifying root causes of mechanical and electrical malfunctions.

Deliver exceptional technical support to commercial stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding system status and necessary interventions.

Collaborate with internal teams to uphold rigorous quality standards across all service projects and installations.

Maintain accurate service documentation to track equipment health and historical performance data.
Qualifications-
Demonstrated professional experience as a commercial HVAC technician or field mechanic.

Technical proficiency with commercial-grade equipment such as chillers, boilers, and rooftop units.

Possession of valid industry-standard HVAC certifications.
