Duties

- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and cash drawer management
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is well-maintained and inviting
- Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and merchandising displays
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations with strong cash handling skills
- Previous supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for team coordination
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory counts
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for professional interaction
- Ability to handle cash drawer balancing and basic math calculations confidently
