Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records while reconciling daily revenue reports.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, responding promptly to guest inquiries and reservation requests.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a positive attitude to enhance overall guest relations.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting room inspections, and ensuring the safety of guests and staff during overnight hours.
- Update front desk logs, incident reports, and other documentation accurately to support smooth hotel operations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; prior night audit or hotel experience is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and basic accounting or financial reconciliation processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate record keeping during night audits.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining a lively, energetic approach to guest interactions.
- Familiarity with guest relations practices, resort environments, and hospitality standards is advantageous.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
