Position Overview
The Termite Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality termite treatments while providing an outstanding customer experience. This role requires strong technical knowledge, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while maintaining close communication with office staff and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform termite and related treatments on residential and commercial properties in accordance with company protocols
- Accurately document all work performed and report daily to the service or office manager
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, office staff, and management
- Proactively address customer questions and concerns, reinforcing the value of our services
- Follow all safety, regulatory, and company procedures without exception
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment, reporting issues promptly
- Support office operations by documenting account updates and service notes
- Confidently discuss our services and assist with closing additional work when appropriate
Employment Requirements
- Proven termite control experience (required)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Professional, career-minded, and reliable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and high level of integrity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (no more than one moving violation in the past 12 months)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (including ongoing testing, as required)
- Ideal candidates will demonstrate leadership potential and interest in future management opportunities
