Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with numbers? We're seeking a Financial Services Assistant to support a well-established client in West Columbia, SC. The Valuations Processor is responsible for ensuring accurate plan valuations, contribution calculations, investment reconciliations, and compliance-related activities. This position is full-time, direct hire, and pays $50,000/year.
Responsibilities:
- Review and update customer and account information for accuracy
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies by working with internal teams
- Process account updates and maintain accurate records
- Track and verify information using company systems and databases
- Prepare reports and assist with routine calculations
- Support team members with administrative and operational tasks
- Research and help resolve account issues in a timely manner
- Assist with testing new system updates and process improvements
- Ensure work is completed accurately and meets company standards
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience in financial services, retirement plans, accounting, or benefits administration preferred
- Relius experience is a plus
