We’re seeking individuals with a background in nursing or in the medical field who are interested in transitioning into business development/sales. Your clinical experience provides the insight and credibility needed to succeed—and we’ll provide training to support your transition into this impactful role.
In this position, you’ll partner with healthcare facilities, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and clinics in the Southern Utah and Las Vegas/Clark County, Nevada markets to deliver critical nurse call and AV system solutions, helping improve communication, efficiency, and operational workflows within healthcare environments. Marshall Industries will provide all training to the right professional. The right individual will be surrounded by a supportive team and professional work environment. This sales representative will be providing solutions already needed within the clinical environment.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare facilities.

Create a sales strategy, while adopting a proven sales process to fulfill personal and company goals.
- Be responsible for servicing existing client base while generating new business to expand current customer base.

Be responsible for writing & submitting professional proposals

Promote Marshall Industries products and services as they relate to healthcare. This includes Nurse Call, Paging, Audio Video etc.
- Acquire & maintain knowledge of all product lines & services offered to communicate with customers of systems & features that may be offered & installed. Marshall Industries will provide job training.

Comfortably and confidently present to a group and speak to hospital administration.
- Work with sales and engineering team to provide the best solution for client.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

Minimum of 2 years’ healthcare related experience and/or relevant sales experience. Understanding hospital workflows and patient care environments is a strong advantage.

Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and customer-focused manner.

Must have superior customer service skills.

This position requires a very professional, positive, reliable, responsive, hardworking, and self-motivated person.

It is required to have a positive attitude every day, work with others and present yourself in a manner that would positively represent Marshall Industries to clients and coworkers.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
