As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our store. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations, lead the team, and provide exceptional service to our customers. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Assisting in the day-to-day management of store operations.
- Supervising and supporting team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Helping to maintain inventory, stock levels, and store organization.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Supporting the Store Manager with scheduling, training, and staff development.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
