Hexco Motorsports, is looking for a highly motivated seasoned Powersports Sales Professional with 5+ years' experience to join our fast-paced dealership team.
If you are a self-starter who follows up on leads quickly, closes deals, and thrives on commission, this is a serious income opportunity.
You will be selling top brands including Honda, Can-Am, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Suzuki, Arctic Cat, and Kayo including motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft.
Hours: Flexible, must be able to work nights and weekends
Responsibilities/Duties:

Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction

Work with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right products to solve their problem

Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is clean and organized

Assist in ensuring that the product is in excellent condition, clean, organized, ready to show

Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers

Use literature and training resources to stay up to date on products and features
Qualifications/Skills:

General understanding of the principles of sales

Strong communication skills

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience with customer service

Motorcycle license or ability to obtain a motorcycle license

Clean driving record
