Job Summary:
Are you ready to dig into something big? Pebble Creek Landscaping is on the hunt for a sharp, motivated, get-it-done Project Manager to lead our high end landscape installation division! From beautiful backyard transformations to large-acreage installs - if you can see the big picture and can handle the dirty details, we want YOU on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily landscape operations and crews
- Keeping projects on time and on budget.
- Give weekly report to Management Team progress of all projects.
- Supervise and train field staff to ensure high standards of safety, performance, and quality.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and client satisfaction
- Manage materials, equipment, and inventory needed for projects
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication
- Track labor and material costs and report on job profitability
- Enforce compliance with all safety standards and company policies to include DOT requirements.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, retention and performance reviews of crew members.
- Monitor equipment usage and arrange for maintenance or replacement when neededQualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in landscaping operations or a related field
- Prior leadership or management experience required
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices
- Landscaping or construction experience
- A passion for quality and love for the outdoors.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and designs
- Proficiency in using project management software or scheduling tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must possess a DOT health card.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, however is not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor as needed.
- Willingness to travel between job sites as required
