About Kreative Bears Preschool®
Kreative Bears Preschool® is a growing early learning center serving children from infancy through Pre-K. Our classrooms are centered around hands-on learning, relationship building, creativity, and developmentally appropriate practices inspired by Montessori and Reggio Emilia philosophies.
We are currently looking for a dependable and energetic classroom support team member to join our toddler program. This role requires someone who enjoys being actively involved with children throughout the day and can confidently assist with maintaining a safe and structured classroom environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide active supervision and support within the toddler classroom
- Assist children with daily routines including meals, toileting/diapering, rest time, and transitions
- Help facilitate engaging activities, sensory play, and classroom experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the classroom
- Support children’s emotional development using positive and respectful guidance strategies
- Follow all center procedures, safety practices, and PA childcare regulations
- Collaborate professionally with staff members and leadership
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must qualify to work in a Pennsylvania childcare facility
- Ability to complete required clearances and onboarding documents
- Previous experience with young children preferred
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Classroom experience
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in childcare, preschool, nannying, or similar environments
