Business Development Representative
Job Summary
Arrow Smoothies & Cafe is seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Representative to help drive the growth of our brand throughout Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new opportunities for distribution and community engagement.
Your energy, initiative, and relationship-building skills will play a key role in introducing Arrow products to gyms, cafés, schools, offices, retailers, and other potential partners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise, build valuable business relationships, and make a meaningful impact within a fast-growing company.
Duties
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Present Arrow products and services to prospective partners and decision-makers
- Coordinate product sampling, promotional efforts, and account development activities
- Identify growth opportunities and assist in developing strategies for business expansion
- Negotiate and secure new accounts and partnerships
- Maintain communication with existing accounts to support long-term success and retention
- Represent Arrow Smoothies & Cafe at community events, farmers markets, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Assist with café and event operations as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners, managers, and community leaders
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Sales, customer service, marketing, hospitality, or business development experience preferred but not required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Compensation
- $8.00 per hour for approved business development and sales activities
- Earn 20% of the net profit generated from accounts you personally secure and maintain for up to 12 months
- Café, event, and farmers market shifts paid separately at applicable hourly rates
