Typaldos PT & rehabilitation Center/Kuehnel Rehabilitation Services is seeking a SLPA or Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Nixa, MO!
This position will be working in multiple locations as well as our cental office!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy to children and adults.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Complete assessments, including but not limited to: clinical interviews, medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Provide evidence-based treatment plans that are based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Implement behavior intervention plans with clients based on the client's individualized treatment plan.
- Complete documentation of all interventions and plan implementation in EMR (Excel).
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress.
- Attend professional conferences and meetings as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills: Ability to work well with children and adults, ability to work effectively with others, ability to communicate effectively in person and electronically, ability to travel as needed, ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience. Benefits package available after 60 days of employment.
