We are a busy real estate company in Cheyenne, Wyoming with an in-house marketing department seeking a creative, organized, and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator & Graphic Designer to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about content creation, storytelling, and brand marketing. You will help promote our agents, listings, communities, and company brand across multiple platforms while supporting a collaborative marketing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and excited to create engaging content that connects with our audience.
What You’ll Do
- Create and publish engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others as needed.
- Write strong captions, headlines, and calls to action tailored to each platform and audience.
- Design graphics, social posts, stories, short-form videos, and other digital content that support company marketing efforts in collaboration with the team.
- Edit basic photos and videos for social media use.
- Develop content that highlights our listings, open houses, agents, community involvement, local events, and company news.
- Assist with content for email marketing, blogs, newsletters, and website updates as needed.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
- Create marketing materials for listings, price improvements, sold properties, announcements, and community initiatives.
- Highlight local businesses, neighborhoods, and lifestyle content that strengthen our local presence.
- Support promotional campaigns, sponsorships, charitable events, and community partnerships.
- Manage content calendars and posting schedules.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, themes, and new content opportunities.
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and mentions across social media channels.
- Respond to audience engagement in a professional and timely manner.
- Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and other performance metrics.
- Prepare reports on content performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist with capturing photos and videos of events, agents, and community activities when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business, organization, or personal brand.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva or similar design tools.
- Understanding of digital advertising and social media analytics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, creative, and collaborative mindset for work in a team environment.
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience creating content for real estate, tourism, hospitality, lifestyle, or local businesses.
- Photography and/or videography experience.
- Basic graphic design experience.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
