Youth Driver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring kids have safe and reliable transportation, helping them access the programs that make a difference in their lives.
What You'll Do:
- Safely transport school-aged children from local schools to the Quincy Kroc Center.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of kids during every ride by enforcing rules with care and positivity.
- Be a friendly, trusted adult who brightens their day with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Follow scheduled routes, ensuring on-time pickups and drop-offs.
- Keep the vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain a positive, calm atmosphere while adhering to all traffic laws.
What are We Looking For?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Clean driving record (no tickets or accidents in the last 3 years).
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible with great attention to safety.
- A love for working with kids and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Patience, reliability, and empathy.

The Quincy Kroc Center redefines what a community center is all about. The Kroc Center is comprised of several major components: a center of worship and performance venue, an aquatics center, fitness and recreation center, classrooms, and special event facilities.
