This role takes complete ownership of assigned maintenance tasks.
We are seeking an individual who is:

Responsibilities:
- Interior and exterior property repairs, maintenance and improvements, including:
- Carpentry.
- Basic Plumbing.
- Basic Electrical
- Turning over units between tenants.
- Painting and drywall work.
- Basic appliance repairs.
Other day to day tasks, include:
- Tracking hours worked.
- Retaining receipts for materials purchases.
- Completing work order paperwork.
- Coordinating with team members.
Job Requirements:
High School Graduate, or Equivalent
Experience performing property repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
Background Check
Valid driver’s license
Ownership of general assortment of commonly needed tools for residential repairs/maintenance.
Must have own transportation (any reliable vehicle, truck preferred).
