Join our dynamic culinary team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep! This vital role ensures the smooth operation of our kitchen by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, and supporting the overall food service process.
Duties
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients for meal service.
- Support the kitchen staff by organizing supplies and ensuring all food handling procedures meet health regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, sinks, and storage spaces.
- Follow food safety guidelines during all stages of food handling and preparation to prevent contamination.
- Help with meal assembly and plating under supervision to ensure timely service.
- Support catering and special event setups by preparing ingredients and assisting with serving as needed.
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
