Job Description
Domino's Pizza is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our location in Phoenix, United States (4284 W Thomas Rd). As a Customer Service Rep, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience while helping to maintain the efficiency of our store operations.

Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders both in-person and over the phone

Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision

Prepare and make pizzas and other menu items according to Domino's standards

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area and kitchen

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order preparation and delivery

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and friendly manner

Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support coworkers during busy periods
Qualifications

Must be at least {16 } years of age

Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing orders

Willingness to learn and perform various tasks, including food preparation and pizza-making

Team player mentality with a positive and cooperative approach

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 pounds

Basic computer skills for operating ordering systems and cash registers

Food handling experience or certification is a plus, but not required (training will be provided)
