- Facility: Home - 50 Water Street - Bronx Borough
- Shift Schedule: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 37.5/Week.
- Duration of the Contract: 13 Weeks (with Highly Possible Extension).
Required Details -
- Work is at the home position (home care setting)
- experience in home patient care
- This is for the Bronx Borough.
- Handle 4–8 patients per day
- Every other weekend required.
