Job Summary
Handyman / Maintenance Technician
Auxi Services LLC is seeking dependable, skilled Handymen and Maintenance Technicians to support residential, multifamily, property maintenance, renovation, and facility-service projects.
We are looking for experienced professionals who can work independently, communicate effectively, complete quality work, and represent Auxi Services professionally at client locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform general property repairs and maintenance
- Complete minor plumbing repairs
- Complete basic electrical repairs and fixture replacements
- Repair drywall and perform patching
- Interior and exterior painting
- Install or repair flooring
- Repair doors, locks, trim, and hardware
- Perform basic carpentry
- Assemble and install cabinets, shelving, and fixtures
- Complete punch-list and turnover work
- Assist with apartment and rental-property renovations
- Identify additional repairs needed while on site
- Take clear before-and-after photos of completed work
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Complete assigned projects within required deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous handyman, maintenance, construction, renovation, or property-maintenance experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver’s license when driving is required for assignments
- Must have basic hand and power tools appropriate for the work performed
- Ability to work independently and follow a detailed scope of work
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to take and submit project photos and documentation
- Must be dependable and responsive to project assignments
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, climbing, and working with tools
- Experience working in apartments, rental homes, multifamily properties, or commercial facilities is a plus
