CDL Class A Drivers with six months experience run dedicated account delivering to one of the larger retail stores in the Unites States delivering groceries. All freight is no touch and drivers are off two full days every week. Drivers will run either Tue-Saturday or Sunday – Thurs. The job offers a Sign On Bonus of $5000 and weekly pay of $1800 to $2050 per week which is an annual rate of $94-$107K/Yr.
- Drivers earn a CPM of .69-.72CPM along with $18.00/Stop. Drivers will run an average of 2200 miles per week and have 10-14 stops per week. Drivers are also paid $16/Hr Detention time.
- 90% of the freight is night time driver with load out time between 21.00-04.00.
- Drivers will run IA, NE, WI, MO, KS, IL, MN

- $5000 sign on bonus paid out at $500 after first load and then $500 every 30 days thereafter
- Drivers will run either Tue-Sat or Sun-Thur. Driver are off two full days. Drivers MUST be flexible when they start as to their schedule.
- Trucks must be parked at the DC in Cedar Rapids.
Drivers MUST LIVE within 60 miles of Cedar Rapids
Drivers can never have failed or refused a DOT Drug test ever regardless of the fact if you have completed SAP
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (No more than 9 jobs in the last 3 years)
- No Failed or Refused DOT Drug Tests (Including SAP program completion)
- No Terminations from your last driving job
o Max of 2 moving violations in the last 12 months (or 3 in the last 36 months)
o Max of 2 seat belt violations in the last 24 months
o No speeding violations over 11-14 mph above the limit in the last 12 months
o No pending violations
o No more than 2 Out of Service Violations in the last year
o No serious offenses in the last 3 years (e.g., leaving the scene of an accident, fatal accidents, etc.)
o No DOT Recordable Preventable Accidents in the last 12 months
o No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 12 months, and no more than 4 accidents (preventable or non-preventable) in the same period
o All DOT-recordable preventable accidents in the last 3 years must have an accident report
- No Felonies in the last 5 years
