Our contracting division is looking to add experienced Carpenters and a Full Time Property Services Carpenter.
Looking for the right individuals who are motivated with a forward-thinking attitude who enjoy collaborating and working with others.
Experienced Carpenter Positions:
- Will be working primarily on high end renovation construction. Must have a wide range of skills from framing to finish work.
- Interpersonal competencies that include a drive for results, effective oral communication skills, trust, respect, and being dependable and cooperation.
- Prefer 5 years experience min. but open to the right candidate.
- Must have current and valid driver’s license
Property Services Carpenter:
- Will be working primarily on small jobs sometimes at multiple houses in one day. Must have a wide range of skills from framing to finish work.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems a plus.
- Prefer 5 years experience min. but open to the right candidate.
- Must have current and valid driver’s license
