Wage and Benefits
20.00 per hour to start plus annual increases based on performance

The Farmhouse Early Learning Center provides quality, inspiring care and nature based education to the children of Kalsec employees. We are dedicated to offering nurturing and interactive learning experiences to children ages 6 weeks-6 years. We are looking for a full-time teacher.
Minimum requirements to apply:
A profound respect for children and the natural environment
A positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and commitment to learning
A genuine appreciation for diversity of races, cultures, and developmental differences
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Child-Related Field OR CDA
5+ years of professional, documented experience working with children in a childcare setting
Physical Requirements:
Pushing quad stroller
Hiking, frequent walks, other outdoor activities
Bending, squatting, crawling, standing, kneeling, sitting on the floor with children
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
