Title: Facilities Maintenance Tech
Location: Rockland County, NY
Salary: $28.00 per hour (company car, tools & benefits)

Work Schedule: 7:30am-3:30pm M-F
Position Type: Direct-Hire/Permanent (no temp or contract period)
Overview: This person will be one of a 5 person facilities team (Director, Assistant Director, and 3 techs) to cover roughly 30 Rockland County based properties. This person is not on call and they will be provided a work vehicle and tools.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00-3:30
Responsibilities:
-Handyman and general facilities maintenance type work
-Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
Requirements:
Driver License, High school Diploma/GED/Work related experience required. Must be able to lift, carry, and move heavy objects as necessary. Must have proven skills in basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
