Pay: $28–$35 per hour DOE
Ballard Natural Gas Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at customer communication, and have experience dispatching technicians in the residential home service industry, we want to hear from you.
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service technicians efficiently throughout the day.
- Manage technician routes to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, arrival times, and scheduling updates.
- Coordinate emergency calls and prioritize service requests appropriately.
- Work closely with field technicians and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor job progress and make scheduling adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and customer information within dispatch software.
- 2+ years of residential trade dispatching experience required (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services).
- ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred.
- Strong scheduling and route management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Full-time position
- Tuesday–Saturday
- Must be available for a rotating schedule that includes evenings, nights, and weekends as needed
