Ding Tea is seeking a motivated bobarista to help craft our signature drinks and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Join a team that takes pride in quality, teamwork, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
Now hiring for:
1st shift: 10am-5pm
2nd shift: 5pm to 11pm.
- Must have open availability on Weekends and some Holidays
Responsibilities:
- Preparing drinks in accordance to Ding Tea Recipes with precision and care.
- Measurements on recipes must be exact for every drink that is made.
- Follow all operational procedures and adhere to company's policy
- Providing excellent customer service / Cash Register duty
- Helping maintain a clean facility (service area, prep area, kitchen, and dining area) including equipment and utensils.
- Restocking supplies / food items / Syrups
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Availability:
- Must be available to work at least 1 Holidays (half day) Thanksgiving / Xmas.
- Must be available to work a minimum 3 days per week. (Monday - Sunday)
- Have at least 1 weekend availability
Qualifications:
Looking for someone who is a fast learner and a team player. Someone who is a self-starter and motivated. Works well in a fast paced environment and willing to take initiatives.
