Responsibilities
- Answering inbound sales and service calls
- Greeting customers upon arrival and departure
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Assisting mangers with additional tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Prior experience in hospitality is preferred
- Exceptional telephone skills, with a high level of comfort, and professional manners
- Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Ability to learn new software programs
- Professional business appearance and demeanor
- Automotive Dealership experience required
- Public relations experience, preferred
- Cold call experience, preferred
- Experience utilizing a DMS, CDK preferred
Schedule
- Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Consistent punctuality is required**
- **Schedule is non-negotiable**

Pay: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
