Job Summary
Neuwave Electric is seeking a dependable and organized Office Manager to join our team in Ogden, Utah. This position plays an important role in keeping the office running smoothly and supporting day-to-day business operations.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and accounting-related tasks. This role requires someone who can manage priorities, communicate professionally, and help keep the office organized and efficient.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing payroll
- Preparing and sending customer invoices
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Issuing purchase orders
- Tracking and organizing office documents
- Answering phones and responding to emails
- Assisting with customer, vendor, and employee communication
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Supporting management with daily office needs
- Helping ensure office procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Qualifications
- Previous office management, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred
- Experience with payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- Professional communication skills
- Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Construction, electrical, or service industry experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
This is a full-time position.
Monday through Friday
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay
Pay will be based on experience.
Ability to Commute
Ogden, UT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work required.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
