Spire Recovery Solutions is a full service debt collection agency for financial institutions and investor groups. This opening is for our collections representative position, whose primary responsibility is to provide account level service to consumers, and facilitate repayment agreements for customer accounts.
Candidates should possess good communication skills with the ability to work independently. Our primary focus is customer service, and creating a positive experience for our consumers. We do not require collections or office job experience and welcome interested candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
Schedule:
Monday thru Thursday 9:00AM to 6:00PM EST
Friday 9:00AM to 2:00PM EST
