As the onsite Human Resources Coordinator supporting our Bardstown location, you will play a key role in delivering day-to-day HR support across hiring, staffing, onboarding, compliance, and employee records management. You will help administer HR policies and programs, maintain accurate employment documentation, and ensure data integrity within the HRIS system. You will also support reporting, data collection, and analysis efforts that help drive effective workforce operations and informed business decisions.
This position is fully onsite 5 days a week.
What You’ll Do:

Provide onsite HR support for the Bardstown location, including hiring, staffing, onboarding, compliance, employee records management, and administration of HR policies and programs.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and employment documentation while supporting reporting, data collection, and analysis to help drive effective workforce operations and business decisions.

Communicate and support of company culture through regular assessment of team member feedback through culture survey results, resulting in measurable improvements in culture scores and employee experience.

Drive continuous improvement within the HR function focused on enhancing processes, services, systems, and employee experience to drive greater efficiency, effectiveness, and business impact.
Required:

Bachelor's degree

2 years relevant experience

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong planning, project management, and MS Office skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Proven team building capabilities/strong cross-functional teammate, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at one time

The annual salary range for this role is $27.00 - $40.00. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
