We offer flexible hours and a variety of shifts! Whether you're looking for full-time hours, part-time work, or a schedule that fits around school, family, or another job, we may have shifts that work for you.
As a Personal Care Aide, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
- Helping with mobility and transfers
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Running errands and assisting with daily activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Documenting services provided during each shift
- Following each client's individualized care plan
What We're Looking For:
- Compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in clients' homes
- Willingness to provide hands-on personal care
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Previous caregiving experience is helpful, but we encourage caring and motivated individuals to apply
