Job Title: Independent Junk Removal Contractor (Path to W-2 Employment)

About Us: Clear Path Junk Removal is a fast-growing local business dedicated to helping our community clear the junk and live the dream! As we expand, we are looking for reliable Independent Contractors to assist with local cleanouts and haul-aways, with a clear path to transition into a permanent W-2 employee role as our volume grows.
The Contract Role (1099): You will be engaged as an independent contractor to assist with junk, furniture, and debris removal.
- Autonomy: You will have the flexibility to accept or decline jobs based on your availability.
- Scope: Assisting with loading and organizing debris into a 14-foot dump trailer and navigating job sites safely.
- Compensation: Paid at a rate of $25/hour for completed jobs. As a 1099 contractor, you will be responsible for your own tax withholdings.
The Path to W-2 Employment: Our goal is to build a permanent, in-house team. Contractors who consistently deliver professional, reliable service will be evaluated for a transition to a permanent W-2 Employee role.
