Duties
- Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence
- Handle food with care, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent contamination
- Support catering events and large-scale food service operations by efficiently working alongside lead chefs preparing ingredients and meuns
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, throughout each shift
- Use knife skills proficiently for chopping, slicing, dicing, and other food preparation tasks
- Serve food promptly and courteously to guests or team members, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service with a focus on quality and safety standards
- Familiarity with meal preparation, and food handling techniques within the food industry or culinary settings
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance is preferred
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and proper sanitation practices
