Pit Coffee is looking for experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Baristas to join our growing team! We are more than just a coffee shop, we're a community where great coffee, amazing customer service, and a love for dogs come together.

Training will take place at both Pit Coffee locations.
What You'll Do
- Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks while maintaining consistency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating genuine connections with every guest.
- Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business through outstanding hospitality.
- Work calmly and efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked café throughout each shift.
- Restock inventory and assist with daily opening and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth café operations.
- Stay knowledgeable about our menu, seasonal drinks, and promotions.
What We're Looking For
- Previous barista experience is required.
- Punctuality and reliability are a must.
- A fun, outgoing, and engaging personality.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to proactively identify tasks and stay productive without constant direction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
- Basic math skills and experience using POS systems.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Must love dogs and enjoy working in a pet-friendly environment.
- Food Handler Certification is required.
