Electronic Records Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Electronic Records Coordinator to oversee our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, Therap. This person is ensuring that information is accurate and collected properly to ensure proper billing and compliance.

A Day in the Life of the Electronic Records Coordinator
The Electronic Records Coordinator is taking the lead in managing our EMR system Therap. They are responsible for optimizing the functionality of Medisked to reach its full potential and meet the needs of the agency. This person has a keen attention to detail to ensure notes are collected properly and the agency is billing properly for their services.
They will be coaching and training staff on the use of Therap so staff are well equipped to use the system properly to guarantee necessary information is entered consistently and properly. Our coordinator works in tandem with our directors, Quality Assurance and others to ensure reports are accurate for billing and audits.

Qualifications for the Job:

Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred)

3 years of experience with multiple stream billing and knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferably Therap.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Schedule:
Full Time – 8:30a-4:00p. 35 hours/week; Monday – Friday. (one-half hour unpaid lunch.)
