Responsible for assisting in the daily cleaning and sanitizing of the facility for the next day’s production. Performs a number of ongoing responsibilities in accordance with standard plant sanitation procedures.
- Cleans and sanitizes the manufacturing equipment in the Production areas using foamers, hoses, and other common cleaning tools.

Disposes all trash and waste.

Works safely and adheres to all common safety practices and procedures, including the wearing of PPEs as required.

Responsible for observing all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

Responsible for following food safety, legality and quality policies and procedures within the scope of the job responsibilities such as but not limited to: GMP’s, HACCP, food safety, product quality, food security, plant security and other government guidelines.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Production/Sanitation Supervisor.

High School Diploma, GED, or related job experience

Mus be able to read, write and understand English

Must have chemical certification
- Knowledge of using basic hand tools to disassemble and reassemble equipment.
Knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE’s)
