- 1–2 years of Food & Beverage or hospitality experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Knowledge of banquet service, restaurant operations, and upscale guest service standards preferred.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
