Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Groundskeeper to maintain the beauty, cleanliness, and overall appearance of a private estate. The ideal candidate takes pride in outdoor work, is self-motivated, and has experience in flower gardens, maintaining lawns, landscaping, gardening and outdoor living areas. Needs to have basic knowledge of various local plants.
Responsibilities
- Maintain flower beds, garden, and landscaping.
- Operate and maintain lawn care and landscaping equipment.
- Remove weeds, leaves, branches, and other debris.
- Keep walkways, driveways, patios, and outdoor spaces clean.
- Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards at all times.
- Mow, edge, pull weeds and trim.
Qualifications
- Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and other landscaping equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance.
